Guy was amazing to deal with. He was fast, efficient and courteous. I needed to change my locks in a hurry because of a breaking/entering situation. He returned my message within 10 minutes, kept in touch for his arrival time and honored the Yelp discount. I felt compelled to tip him for the short notice but he refused. If I ever need a locksmith again, I will definitely contact Guy and his company
